No, no, you got it the wrong way. I need something that makes the phenomenon "goes fast" happen to ships. Even if she was the dumbest pirate in the world, I want "goes fast". And maybe like....sea creatures who board other boats. That would kick so much ass.

Could you imagine the horror as Seelie shits get their boats swarming with like....krakens.
