Of this world. Of all worlds. All things.

I have felt it.

[ Alice stammers as she starts to process that. ]

How? How can it be the end? What's going on?

The Void will swallow this world, and all worlds. The gods will go to war. Or so my vision would suggest.

[digophelia]

[ Visions?

Alice wants to pointedly argue against that, for her belief nothing is ever certain. Then again, who is she to argue with a god?

Unusually timid- ]

Nothing is ever certain, Outsider, yes? Nothing can be set in stone. Surely a vision can serve as a warning of the possible.

The gods going to war may happen regardless, if they feel that shackled to what they have seen. But it is coming. Whether it is allowed to come is something else entirely.

[ Ugh, being invested. ]

Then all the more reason to keep these damn rocks in our chest.

[ She's starting to wonder if that damn cult had something to do with it. Why not? Didn't they want the sigils? The thought alone brings a slight pain in her chest. ]

I almost hesitant to wonder... was it their doing? The followers of Reynard?

The End? I doubt it. Could they have hastened it? Perhaps.

[digophelia]

Perhaps? Yes, why not? He said he wanted to end it.

[ The he would use that shard of hers, to bring back a witch. She doesn't like to admit how much that plays in her head, over and over. ]

Reynard was mad. He could have been referring to any number of things. It does not tell us now what to do.

[digophelia]

No.

[ She knows she shouldn't really vest her energy in it, she knows. It stirs her, it puts her back in that very spot to the point where reality is starting to crumble. Alice isn't in her body, she's on that cold ground, all over again. ]

But there are clues, though few.

And we will use them.

[digophelia]

That is why, I refuse to believe it will be the end. It will be the end of something, but not this world or any other worlds.

We will survive.

[extramural]

Hold tight to that belief, Alice. Make sure it comes to pass.

[digophelia]

I will. It hasn't failed me yet.
